Nestled in the most exclusive resort complex of the Mexican Caribbean, in the heart of the Riviera Maya, Fairmont Heritage Placa Mayakoba emerges as a unique real state development, surrounded by spectacular lagoons and jungle setting.
Our firm was assigned to coordinate the conceptual and creative design of the Mayakoba Fairmont Heritage Place Master Plan, in coordination with U.S. firm SB Architects with offices in Florida and California. The complex consists on six condominium towers, a clubhouse with a pool inmerse in the tropical forest and natural lagoons designed in outdoor areas, all operated by prestigious Fairmont Hotels. We also coordinated the construction documents stage and architectural supervision on site of the docks, roads & pathways, bridges and landscape design of the Development. The interiors design was developed by Rodrigo Vargas Design firm, with offices in Los Angeles, California.
