Awarded the AHEAD Americas 2017 Award, for the design of Landscape & Outdoor Spaces as the best hotel in the American continent, this Hacienda is located on the outskirts of a picturesque village in Yucatan, the hull of a nineteenth century Hacienda was restored, settled in a 64acres property, the Chablé Boutique Hotel of 38 villas was designed under an innovative concept of luxurious contemporary comfort.

We were assigned to coordinate the conceptual design of the Hotel Hacienda Chablé’s Master Plan. The complex consists on a presidential villa, a master suite and 36 standard villas, a signature restaurant designed in the Hacienda’s hull and Destination SPA with spectacular natural cenote, operated by the Hamak Hotels chain. The construction documents and architectural supervision on site for the roads, the main access of the development, guest walkways, the main pool of the Hotel, fountains, and landscape design was also developed.
